CANCELLATION POLICY

No call/no shows will be charged 75% of your total service cost. If you need to cancel your appointment you must do this 48 hours in advance or you will be charged 75% of your service cost. Reschedules must be done 24 hours in advance or you will lose your deposit. LATE POLICY: If you will be more than 15 minutes late, you must reschedule! Your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit.
